It was my assumption that the Injector version uses that file, because if I did not include it in the directory, then the ENB would be completely disabled in-game. If I remove that file, then the New Vegas Launcher will recognize my NVidia card, and when I place that file in the directory again, it goes invisible. There is something about it that is blocking my NVidia card. Thus, I cannot play with the ENB because the Intel chip can barely even handle New Vegas as is. I installed everything as instructed, and now Fallout: New Vegas now will not recognize my dedicated card, only my Intel Integrated Graphics chip. If you are using other mod like nevada skies maybe thats what is making your game so dakr, i had a similar situation with other ENB and i solved it downloading the ENB version specially for Nevada Skies.
